HST takes effect in
Ontario and BC Canada on July 1,
2010 and will be added to all services for those provinces from that date
(13% in Ontario and 12% in BC).
Book sales and printing,
however, are exempt from the provincial portion of the HST so will only
be subject to the federal portion of 5%.
